Satory Labs API transparency

Google Ads API disclosure

One operator. One account. A private tool.

Satory Labs uses the Google Ads API through a private command-line tool operated by Benjamin Martin, the sole proprietor behind Satory Labs.

The tool manages only the operator’s own Google Ads account. It is not a public product, is not distributed or sold, and cannot be used to access third-party advertising accounts.

Why the API is used

Satory Labs builds and tests small digital services. Google Search campaigns are used to measure whether those services answer real customer demand.

The first campaign supports Second Avis Immobilier, an independent second-opinion service for property buyers in France. The internal tool lets the operator create campaigns and inspect their performance from a local terminal instead of repeating the same work in the Google Ads web interface.

Reporting data is displayed in the terminal and may be stored in local files. There is no hosted application layer and no external customer access.

Control stays with the operator

  • OAuth 2.0 Desktop App authentication; credentials remain on the operator’s machine.
  • No hosted service or database, and no Google Ads data is shared with third parties.
  • Every write is previewed and requires explicit confirmation before a mutate request.
  • Configurable daily budget caps and bid-change limits reduce accidental spend.
  • A local audit log records every mutation made through the tool.
